Planning College Visits - What You Need To Know

Juniors and Seniors have the chance to meet with college and university representatives, trade school representatives as well as military recruiters during the school day! Keep an eye on Schoology for the most up-to-date schedule of visits.

  1. Students should complete the sign up form at least one day in advance of the meeting.
    • Representative meeting times will be added to the form throughout the fall.
    • Students may fill out the form multiple times to sign up for different representatives.
  2. Students should notify their teacher in advance that they have signed up.
  3. Students should report  to the main office at the time of the meeting.
  4. Students should sign in for attendance when they  arrive.
  5. Students should make up all classwork/assignments they miss during their  absence

Important Reminders

  • Teachers may deny permission:
    • Depending on what is happening in class that day, or
    • A student has already missed that class several times.
  • Students must sign up at least one day in advance.
  • Teachers will receive the signup list. If a student's name is not on it, they will not be allowed to leave class for a meeting.
