Principal's Message

Dear CCA Families,

It’s a pleasure to welcome you to a new school year at CCA High School as I begin my second year as principal.  I’m looking forward to building on the success and proud traditions that make CCA such a special place.  This year I want to share a clear vision for the path ahead.  At CCA High School we are committed to creating a supportive learning community where trust and collaboration open doors for every student to succeed.  For me, this means providing an experience you won’t get anywhere else.  It’s a place where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered to pursue their goals.  To bring this vision to life, we are focusing on three key cornerstones:

1. Strong Relationships and Student Support
   Every student will be connected with at least one trusted adult who provides consistent mentorship, support, and advocacy. We are also aligning and streamlining our student support services to ensure students receive the right help at the right time, whether academically, socially, or emotionally.
2. Family Engagement
   Families are essential partners in each student’s education. We are committed to fostering meaningful engagement by strengthening communication, building trust, and ensuring every family feels involved and heard.
3. Career Exploration and Future Readiness
   Our students will be given more opportunities to explore their interests and connect their skills to real-world pathways.  Whether through classroom learning, community partnerships, or career exploration activities, we want students to see a future that excites and motivates them.
